1. Who we are

This website, babyfood.zayastudioslabs.com, is operated by Zaya Studios ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@zayastudioslabs.com.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, invoices, customer service related to payments, and refunds. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. The product

We sell digital products in PDF format, including the "Complete Baby Feeding Chart, 6 to 12 Months", its free printable planner, and the optional "60 Gulf-Style Baby Recipes" book. Prices are shown on the product page and are one-time payments.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, you receive a download link immediately. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us and we will send it again.

5. Personal license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print the files for your own family's use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Health information disclaimer

Our guides provide general educational information about introducing solid foods to healthy babies, based on public guidelines from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), the Saudi Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with your child's doctor. Babies born prematurely, with allergies, G6PD deficiency or any health condition need individual guidance from their doctor. In an emergency, such as difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or mouth, seek emergency care immediately.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content, texts, tables and designs in our products and on this website belong to us and are protected by copyright.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the general information in our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to new purchases.
