How to request a refund

• Email us at support@zayastudioslabs.com with the order number from your Paddle receipt; or
• Use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle, or visit paddle.net.

How the refund is paid

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
